Is mold making you unhappy? Mold grows in humid environments, so that´s why it is so easy to find in the bathroom. If you experience mold, tackle it as soon as possible, since it destroys porous materials and anything it grows on. Scrub it with detergent and water and then allow it to dry off completely before applying any other products. Then you can wipe the area with a solution of one quarter cup of bleach diluted in one gallon of water. Wait half an hour and then if needed, repeat the process. To finish off, wipe area again with a detergent solution and do not rinse it. Make sure the detergent contains borate on the ingredients list. It could be laundry or dish-washer detergent. This will help prevent further mold growth.
